When MIA flipped the bird at the Super Bowl halftime show for which she was a guest performer of Madonna`s, she must not have been thinking correctly. Argueably one of the more powerful woman in the music industry is not a person you want to piss off. Madonna in an interview with Ryan Seacrest indicated she was...
"I wasn`t happy about it."
"I understand it`s punk rock and everything, but to me there was such a feeling of love and good energy, and positivity it seemed negative."
"It`s such a teenagerirrelevant thing to do," she sniped. "There was such a feeling of love and unity there. What was the point? It was just out of place."
Was it really that big of a deal? Considering the past Super Bowl Halftime show mistakes such as wardrobe malfunctions and curse words, you can bet Madonna wanted it to be as perfect as can be.
I know some of you didn`t like that she "lip synced" some of her songs, but I was fine with that and believe that is a pretty common practice especially when you`re running around changing outfits and dancing. You don`t want to sound winded too. She is after all in her 50s!
Talk the TALK
1) Do you think MIA flipping the bird is over blown or she should just apologize to Madonna?
2) Who was the last person you flipped the bird to?
