I went to the dollar tree today and I picked some stuff up. Some of it isn`t beauty related, but I`ll just put the pictures up as well. I`ve never gotten makeup from the dollar tree before because the brands are usually just ehh to me, but I heard that they had the NYC blushable cream sticks there and that they were being discontinued to obviously I had to go and check them out. I got 3 in the color "South St. Seashell" and one in "Urban Spice". South St. Seashell is a pretty pink color with slight shimmer. Urban spice is a brownish pink color with a lottttt of shimmer. I got one of those because I knew they were all being discontinued and wanted to try it, especially because it was only $1, even if I sort of knew I didn`t really like the color. And I got three of the pink ones because I knew I`d use it a lot and if I decided I really liked it and couldn`t get them anymore, I`d have plenty of backups to last me a long time.
I also got a Maybelline cooling cream eyecolor thing that it like a liquid eyeshadow, I`m supposing. I like the color and it`s really unique. I`ve never seen it in regular stores before.
I got a black sally hansen nail polish because I wanted to try that quick dry formula and that was the only color I liked out of all the ones they had.
I got a vitaminschtick lip gloss in fruit punch and a gigantic lip balm in acai blueberry pomegranate. I think I`m in love with the lip gloss, even though I just got it. It`s a roll on, which I`ve never experienced before. But it feels really nice and smooth and it`s not sticky. It smells great, tastes good, and it gives a very nice glossy finish. Next time, I`ll see if they have more. The lip balm is okay, I think. I haven`t really gotten to really try it. It is really big so that`s sort of weird. I don`t know how it would fit my lips.
Next, I got the feather hair extension things. I think I`ve seen them before, but wasn`t that interested because they weren`t the long, thin feather hair extensions and they were like $10 for something that I didn`t really want. I was kind of excited to see them for $1 because that`s really all I would pay for these. They are good and I think I actually really like them. I took a long, flexible piece and curled it and it curled nicely. If I go back and I see them, I think I`ll get it for my friend, since she would probably like them, too.
Last but not least, I got some wall stickers. I love decorating my wall so these were perfect. I got an alphabet one so I could put my name on my wall and some other ones. I think these would look really great.
I also got some other stuff, like snacks, but I didn`t take pictures of them.
Do you love the dollar tree? I absolutely do.
