Do you want six-pack abs?
It`s easy if you can do the exercise in the above picture for 1min with at least 5 repetitions twice every week, you will start to see results in no time.
*(items needed - water bottle & a towel)
How to do this workout:
*-Hold reverse plank position as you lift your leg (shown in pic)
*-Toes should be pointed downward
*-Lift left or right leg as high as you can (as shown in picture)
------after 1 minute------
*-Lower left or right leg to the floor then switch to the other leg
*-Do 5 repetitions for both legs
(do this twice every week for starters, so that your body can get used to it, then increase the number of times you will do this per week for a good ab workout)
**Have your workout days marked on your calendar, so you don`t forget**
