I was interested in adding more veggies into my diet so I looked into raw cookbooks and apps that had some yummy looking all raw vegetable recipes. One I found is the DO EAT RAW app. It has over 300 recipes that are easy to make. You can choose by dressings, spready and dips, main courses, desserts and others. Or if you have a eggplant sitting around and have no idea what to do with it, you can search by ingredient. You can favorite, rate and save your favorite recipes so you can come back to them easily. And it will even create a shopping list for you. I really like this app and have used it several times. I highly recommend it if you are wanting to try a raw diet or just add some more veggies into your diet.
