If you want one more reason to motivate you to go do your cardio and go for a run ( for example), i have a great reason for you!
Besides getting the health benefits and getting fit, running can help you get smarter according to a study that was made.
The study was actually performed on rats training for marathons ( lool i laughed at this part) and they were given a task to learn and some where getting some more aerobic activity than others. The study shown that the rats with more aerobic capability understood the task better and learn it faster than the rats with lower aerobic capabilities, so the lazier rats ( like me lately ).
So, if you need one more reason to go out the door to the gym or to run, you have one more by knowing that besides get to look better and healthier, you will also get smarter.
