DIY: Tissue Rose Ball

(all photos belongs to me)

i made this rose ball out of tissue papers glued to a round foam ball as a "test out" for my daughter`s birthday party coming up. the theme colors are white, hot pink, & brown. yes, very girly... i know. =)

anyway, it took me 1.5-2 hrs to do this. it takes a lot of patience because you have to do alot of measuring, cutting, & mainly folding! at the end, it pays off. see how pretty it looks. (^_^)

i`m still debating if i want to hang them from the celing to look like theyre floating rose balls... very pretty. but then, i might also turn them into centerpiece stands. if i do that, i need to go buy some wood sticks, some nice small vases to put it together. now, you get the picture right?!

anywho, the picture looks red in the house light, but its actually bright pink in natural lighting.

can`t wait to actually put all the pieces together. its a bunch of work, but im getting at them little at a time.

i hope you all enjoy this and try it out yourself. =)
