DIY, Do it yourself smoothie. What`s needed for 4 smoothies!?
250 grams of strawberries
Half a pack of1 liter yoghurt
A mixer and a knife
Slice the banana`s in small pieces, throw them in the blender with the strawberries and the yoghurt, mix it up and it`s done! Easy as that for your own smoothie! Takes up 5/6 minutes of your time and it`s pretty healthy!
