DIY Pearl Beanie

This is an easy DIY to update a plain knit beanie.

What you will need:
a beanie I am using an old one that I jacked from the Mr.

needle and thread I have not used this yet. (or you can make this a no-sew project and use a hot glue gun)

pearls you can buy a pack at your local craft store for under $5. Or you can use pearls from an old necklace you dont use anymore (which is what I did). Or you can use beads or sequence, whatever you prefer.

Since this beanie had a cable knit design, it was easy for me to eyeball the placement of the pearls. This is was my first time, I stuck to an easy polka dot look. This is your chance to go HAM and let those creative juices flowing. Make a more elaborate pattern, or put a monogram of your initials.

I hope you try this out. This literally only took me about 30 minutes. It could have gone quicker but I was watching an episode of iCarly. That show demands your attention.
