DIY Neon Chevron Backdrop

I made this back drop for my kids birthday party this past September. The theme was Neon glowinthedark and we had several black lights on for what ever is fluorescent to shine at its brightest. So I started with neon poster boards and made several 3` circles in each poster and cut them to small squares that way I can cut them easier. If you want to invest in a circle cutter this will go much faster. I did not and ended having to cut them one by one by hand! The end result was worth it though. I bought some light weight black fabric at Walmart which was on sale for $1 a yard and I doubled it for thickness. The light from outside didn`t shine through since it was doubled. Then tape the backside of each circle and start your design on the black fabric. I used duct tape just so I know it will stay down. Add a few black lights and your set! This was super easy and you can diy the result is awesome!
