The other day on Pinterest, I saw a tutorial for something pretty similar - weight loss things to help you stay on track! The one that I saw was those fancy marbles in vases, but this is what I had, and it cost me nothing!
What you`ll need:
- 2 vases, glasses, bowls, jars, anything like that!
- Small rocks, marbles, toothpicks, anything, in the amount weight you have lost or want to lose
- Letter stickers OR a Sharpie
All I did was use letter stickers on one glass to spell out "Pounds to go" and the other says "Pounds lost". I used small rocks that I found outside (rinsed off) and put them in the corresponding glass. I used 50 rocks total, 48 in the "Pounds to go" glass and 2 in the "Pounds lost" one. Pretty easy, huh? xox
