One of my favourite desserts to serve to my guests is definitely creme brulee. It looks so hard to make but in all honest, it is very very simple! If you plan on making this for your guests, I highly recommend investing in vanilla bean pods as they give a better aroma to the dessert itself. I also recommend investing in a torch of some sort to get the caramelized sugar look on the top. That is the most important part! If you do not want to spend the money, I recommmend sprinkling sugar on top and placing the creme brulees under the broiler and watching to see the perfect amount of carmelization
