I absolutely love making my own brush cleanser because I have tried a few different brands of brush spot cleanser and I find that my homemade spot cleanser works just as well, and costs a fraction. I have done a similar post a while ago, but I wanted to come back and show you guys an updated version of how I make the cleanser. I use this cleanser to clean my brushes in between deep cleansing days. I usually spot clean them at night so that they are clean and ready for me in the morning.
I got this recipe from Enkore Makeup on Youtube and I absolutely LOVE IT.
WHAT YOULL NEED:
*An empty spray bottle
*purified water (any brand)
*rubbing alcohol (50-70% by volume)
*baby shampoo (I use Dollar Tree Sesame Street brand)
*dish detergent (I used Ultra Joy, you can use any brand)
*liquid leave in conditioner (I used Garnier Fructis Silky Secret Leave In, use any liquid brand, stay away from creams)
