Need a relaxing day from a tough week, but don`t want to spend $30-$50? Well I have the PERFECT `beauty day` DIY`s.
Starting off with a simple body scrub, the ingredients you`ll need are:
Honey, Olive Oil (Extra Virgin works too), and either raw or granulated sugar ( Raw works best at scrubbing) measure out 1 tsp. Of honey and add it to your container of choice, 1/4 of a cup of olive oil, and 1cup of Raw sugar. Mix it well in your container and its ready to be used. You can even use this as a lip scrub for those dry lip days! If your in the `fall` mood add some cinnamon, for `winter` feels add some peppermint extract or essential oil.
Your hair needs some love too! Go ahead and heat up some olive oil in the microwave for about 30 seconds interval. Once it`s warm enough- warm not HOT- brush out all of the tangles in your hair, rub your hands with the olive oil and finger brush your hair distributing the olive oil evenly throught your hair. You can do this to all of your hair or just the parts that seem to get the driest. Do this once a week for normal hair or twice a week for dry damaged hair, you can sleep with it over night (just make sure to wrap your hair) or leave it in for 1-2 hours. And in about 1 month your hair will be silky smooth! Just try to not style it with heat too much or this recipe not really work.
