Diorskin Shimmer Star

I`ve seen a lot of girls posting on different shades of blushes so I decided to check it out at Sephora since I`ve never used blush before.

I came across this lovely Diorskin Shimmer Star palette for your cheeks.

5 tones of pink with light shimmer really help to define your cheekbones and give a nice natural color to your cheeks. When blended together with a blush brush, it becomes a very stunning shade of champagne.
You can mix and match the colors depending on how much definition you want for your cheeks.
Goes on very sheer, giving a very natural look.
Smells wonderful, like a hint of roses.
Palette comes in two shades - one with pink undertones and one with golden undertones so it fits most skin tones.
I also use this as a base for my eyeshadows because it blends so well into a very nice champagne coral color that I don`t have.

When you first open the package, it smells like petrol oil. It`s very disgusting. The palette itself doesn`t smell.
Some people may not like the extra shimmer. I already use a shimmer powder on occasion to bring some glow into my skin and if I put this on top of my regular shimmer powder, it`s an overload.
For a blush, it is quite a bulky palette and isn`t great to carry around.
It doesn`t come with its own brush.

Overall, it was a very neat palette because the colors could be blended together or used individually. The best part was, I could also use it as an eyeshadow, doubling the use. The palette does cost $45, but to me, it is worth it for the dual-usage and quality.

Hope that helps.
