This weekend was the last weekend I saw my mum and my sister as both are going to China for a few weeks this week.
We had a home-cooked dinner over the weekend just because we wanted some peace and quiet and my mum wanted to clear the fridge.
What we made:
Malaysian Vegetarian Curry with Potatoes and Carrots
Grilled String Beans with Pork
Grilled Pork slices with Fermented Vegetables
BBQ Pork and Duck
As you can see, there are more than 5 different types of vegetables. Generally, my family eats very healthy, which explains why we are very slim.
I can`t wait to see them in mid-October =)
