Last night for dinner, I made myself a veggie burger. This flavor is Portobello (mushroom). They just taste like mushrooms and other veggies, I know there`s also carrots and peppers in them but I forget what else. I`m a vegetarian so I obviously have to eat these kind. I`ve tried them before, but the first time I kept convincing myself they were meat because they looked and felt like it. I love however, that they don`t taste or smell like real meat (like most veggie-`meat`). This time It was easier to eat because I cooked them longer to almost burn them (I LOVE burnt food, weird, right?) and that helped a lot. On it, I put a tiny bit of shredded cheddar cheese (because I hate American), a tiny bit of mayo, and a TON of romaine lettuce (I actually put on TONS more after I took these pictures), and that helped distract me from the texture as well. The burgers are good though! And, they`re only 100 calories! With it, I had a small handful of fries and ice water, it was delicious! xox
