Dinner tonight - Soup amp Grilled mushrooms

I usually eat light dinners because I eat very heavy lunches.

Today`s dinner was a mix of leftover pho soup from yesterday`s dinner and my favorite grilled mushrooms and fishballs.

Leftover pho soup is actually much tastier because it soaks up more beef and sprout flavoring.

I also love grilled mushrooms and fishballs in a butter honey sauce. I added some Szechuan pepper to add more flavor.
