Every time I know it is restaurant week, I always try to take advantage of it and go to the most fanciest restaurant listed. It`s not incredibly cheap but the experience is well worth it because I usually will not go anyways if it wasn`t for restaurant week. If you do know what restaurant week, it is basically when most higher class restaurants offers $25 for lunch and $35 for dinner for a three course meal, which includes appetizer, entree and dessert.
My boyfriend and I decided to go this place called The Water Club because it looks really fancy online and it`s right by the water. When I went inside, I was wow-ed by the view because it faces straight to the view of NYC which is breathtaking. If only it wasn`t raining that night, it would have been so much prettier.
The Food We Ordered:

Spicy Tuna was really good and on the bottom of the spicy tuna is a golden sticky rice ball. I didn`t like it too much because it was hard and too crunchy for my liking but I wish there was more spicy tuna.

Duck a lOrange Spring Rolls is what my boyfriend got. I took a bite of it and it was good and I love the coconut sesame sauce it was served with.

Montauk Tournedos is basically sushi fluke wrapped sea scallops, house made linguine, english peas, sweet caramelized onions and was really good.

Barbecued Short Ribs is what my boyfriend got and it was also served with whipped lemon & olive potatoes, peach gastrique. My boyfriend said it was pretty good.

Toasted Coconut Flan and on the side was passion fruit sorbet. My boyfriend told me to get this instead of the parfait and I have to say, it didn`t taste to good. The flan was really sweet and bitter on top and the sorbet was extremely sour.

Peach & Blue Berry Crumble with vanilla ice cream on top. This is the dessert my boyfriend got it was so good compared to mine LOL

Even though the portions were small which I wasn`t surprised of because most high class, fancy places portions are small, I had a good time and the view was beautiful as well. The last picture is the view outside of the glass windows in the restaurant, it really is beautiful =)
If you are in NY, you guys should definitely check this place out. It is definitely pricey if you are not going during restaurant week but well worth the experience. Here is the address and website:
The East River Between 29th & 32nd Street
New York, New York 10016
