I finally got a chance to go grocery shopping last night so I was able to fix up a quick dinner last night. I didn`t want to do too much cooking because by the time I was done grocery shopping it was already a little past 9 PM. So I decided on making tacos because it`s quick and easy. Everything I used for my tacos last night were pre-made so I actually didn`t have to do any cooking. I only had to use the microwave to heat up the taco filling.
What`s in my taco?

- Taco shells
- Old El Paso Tortilla Stuffers: Carne Asada Steak (seasoned rice, beef, and black beans)
- Medium salsa
- Sour cream
- Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican
- Salsa verde

The Tortilla Stuffers is a pre-packaged stuffing and all you need to do is microwave it. It includes meat, rice, and beans. I just stuck it in the microwave for 60 seconds; everything was nicely heated up and ready to serve. My friend used the stuffing in a burrito, but since I didn`t feel like eating tortillas I filled up a couple of taco shells instead. Surprisingly, the stuffing was pretty good. I mean, it`s not the most amazing filling for a burrito or taco (nothing beats homemade), but I think it works out great for those days when I`m in a hurry or don`t want to cook. The stuffing was very flavorful and quite spicy.
