Hey everyone! A few nights ago my family made tacos for dinner. I decided to make a taco salad to help cut down on the calories. I started with a base of shredded lettuce, then topped it with taco meat, avocados, tomatoes, salsa and a half of one taco shell broken up. I usually do this when I eat tacos at home with my family and it`s always so good. My sister liked soft tacos so the second picture is one of her soft tacos. I forgot to buy shredded cheese this time but I usually have that to serve with tacos.
I was able to sneak some avocados in this salad! haha I still have so many avocados in my fridge that I need to hurry and eat because I really don`t want them to go bad! :)
