Hey everyone! If you know me, then you would know that I freaking love pasta. If I could eat pasta everyday, without any consequences like getting fat, then I totally would. LOL If you are like me and totally agree, then YAY! Since I have been craving pasta these past few months, I have been hinting for my boyfriend that I want him to take to Olive Garden for dinner (FYI, he still doesn`t know). Since I couldn`t take it anymore, I decided to go to Costco and buy a pack of raviolis because I remember trying out a sample once and loving it. When I went there, I was surprised at how many different types of raviolis that they sell. I of course, wanted to buy them all to try but of course I limited myself and got the one that I wanted most. I decided to get the one with parmesan and mozzarella cheese mixed together with spinach. I love spinach but barely eat it so I thought it was perfect to get this. It was super easy to make. It came with two packs but I only used one because I wanted to save the other one, in case I get my cravings again. LOL All I had to do was boil a pot of water with a pinch of salt mixed in. Once the water was boiling, I lowered the heat to medium and placed the raviolis into the pot. **Whenever you are cooking ravioli, make sure to carefully place them into the pot. Do not drop them in because the hot water will splatter and could land on you burning your skin.** It didn`t even take that long to cook. I think it only took 8 to 10 minutes. When it was done, I just drained it and waited for them to cool down. I wanted to eat these with a sauce but I don`t know how to make homemade sauces so I didn`t want to risk it. I could have went to a grocery store and bought an already made sauce but last time, I did that, the sauce was disgusting so I never went back. I decided to eat these plain and they were still really good. I also took a picture of what the raviolis look inside. You can see how the filling looks it. Its just cheese with spinach. YUM! If you have never tried raviolis before, I definitely recommend trying some. I am definitely going back to Costco and getting myself another pack because I am sure that I will finish the other pack within the next few days. LOL
