Tonight, I decided to cook up some red potatoes. I could not decide how to make the potatoes so I ended up just slicing them. Adding some extra touches on top and placing a dish into the oven at 325 degrees for around 35 minutes. After that, I let it sit out for a bit and ate it up with some leftovers not shown. It turned out pretty good. Some bits were a bit crispier than others and I thought that added a nice touch to the dish. :]
