This is the dinner we made today. We grilled fishes in olive oil, the marinate was only olive oil, pepper, salt, juice of lemon. We had salmon and red cod, I believe. I`m not sure about the cod`s type. Fishes are great for your body and for your skin. It`s so healthy. Everyone should eat fish at least once a week. Love love love!
Anyway it was delicious. We have made coleslaw, which is one of my favourites. I love that so much. I can eat it alone anytime. And we have also made steak potatoes. You just have to chop the potatoes, sprinkle them with salt, pepper or you can add chili, whatever you like, and a little olive oil. And just put it in the oven and cook it!
