This was my dinner from a few nights ago. I`ve been trying to eat healthier for the past few months, not only to lose weight but to also feel better and treat my body better. I`m trying to make this change permanent and so far I`ve been sticking with it. I still indulge in sweets from time to time, I can never give up sweets all the way but I make up for it by working out more or cutting back on something else. I envy those who are stick skinny and eat whatever they want...like my sister! lol
For this dinner I made:
- Steamed Salmon, seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil, garlic powder, and Trader Joe`s 21 Seasoning Salute, steamed in a foil packet in the oven.
- Sauteed Broccoli, seasoned with salt, pepper and Trader Joe`s 21 Seasoning Salute
- Avocado Slices, seasoned with a little salt and pepper
- Trader Joe`s Harvest Grain Blend
Simple, healthy & delicious. :)
