I usually try to cook myself a balanced meal when it comes to dinner, but there are no busy days where I feel too tired to cook. On those days, I end up either eating a frozen meal or something simple/quick like ramen. This was actually my dinner from awhile ago (sorry, I`m so behind on my postings lol). I had a really long day and I was just too lazy to cook dinner so I just threw together this quick little bowl of ramen. I used an instant Japanese ramen with miso soup base. To make my ramen more tasty and less boring, I decided to add a few other things that I had in my refrigerator.
<strong>What`s in my ramen?</strong>
<dd>- Boiled egg
Overall, it was a lot more filling and delicious than I expected it to be. I normally don`t like to eat instant ramen, but when I do eat it I like to add a lot of other ingredients like meats or veggies. Because instant ramen is so plain without all the add ons!
