My mom makes the best pork and leek dumplings I`ve ever had. It`s delicious pan fried or boiled. She only uses pork and leek but marinates them in some sauce for half an hour prior to making the dumplings. I`m not sure who she learned this recipe from. But there`s still some pork and leek mixture left over so I`ll make dumplings for lunch tomorrow.
