<strong>Hello lovely Luuuxers!</strong>
I absolutely LOVE Indian food!! It is one of my favorite cuisines, I cannot get enough of it! I have a decent spicy tolerance, but there is definitely room for improvement there! My nose still runs when I eat spicy things, haha! My roommate in college is Indian and her mom would always make us delicious home-cooked Indian meals, and I miss that food so I decided to pick up this package of pre-made food from Wal-Mart the other day!
The dish is called <strong>Navratan Korma</strong>, which is described as vegetables, cashews, and cottage cheese in curry sauce. YUM! It is vegetarian too; I am not vegetarian but I don`t care for meat all that much so I love vegetarian dishes! It was so easy to make, you just boil the pouch that it is in and then cut it out and pour it into a bowl!
As for how it tasted, I thought it was delicious! It wasn`t as good as the home-cooked Indian food I have gotten so spoiled with, but it definitely satisfied my hankering for spiciness! It was moderately spicy; it had a kick but wasn`t too bad that I was reaching for water constantly!
I highly recommend this to anyone who wants an easy meal and loves Indian cooking! :)
