After a long fun day, one of my best friend and I went to Ajisen Ramen. YAY, ramen time! I passed by Ajisen Ramen numerous times and I finally got to try it for the first time. I remember friends raving about how good Ajisen Ramen is! My first impression was it was a little cozy place to eat and voice level was not too loud. The decoration was modern with Japanese style.
The menu was huge with tons of different ramen noodles to pick from! I got the classic Shoyu Ramen because I love the soy sauce soup based the most! The Shoyu Ramen came with the classic cha sui, half of hard-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, piece of nori, and Kamaboko (pink swirly fish cake)! The second picture is the Ajisen Ramen (my friend was hungry and he mixed it before I took the picture). In the Ajisen Ramen, it was a milky white broth based and it also came with cha sui, half of hard-boiled egg, bamboo shoots, kamaboko and veggies. We cannot get enough of slurping the ramen! Ajisen Ramen definitely satisfies my ramen craving for tonight; especially on a nice cold night.
