Hey everyone! So this is what I had for dinner yesterday! If you saw my previous post, then you would know that I went out for lunch with a friend. We went to a Chinese restuarant and I ordered myself some chow mein with shrimp. If you would like to see that post, you can

For dinner yesterday, I didn`t really want to go out or make anything that required a lot of prep time so I just decided to eat my leftovers, from lunch, even though it was kind of plain tasting. I didn`t want to throw it out so I decided to eat the rest for dinner. I had more chow mein but I started eating some of it before I remembered to take this picture. SMH. I also added a mini sandwich because I had some Cha Chien, which is fried pork loaf. I decided to slice up the rest and used it to make a sandwich. I also added some pickled carrots and daikon. I love eating pickled carrots and daikon. I used to hate eating them but ever since I came back from Vietnam a few years back, I love eating them so much. Even though this dish isn`t what I would call a typical dinner, it was still filling. For the chow mein, I also added some sauces to give it some taste and now it tasted even better. This dinner was pretty good.
