Hello Food Fans
I was not feeling well last night but I had to make dinner or else my boyfriend would find junk food and I am really trying to encourage him to eat healthy.
The fastest dish I could think of is Beef Stir Fry...the only difficult part for some would be chopping up the veggies, for me that`s the best part because I like to see how pretty they look with all the different colors and shapes....I am a bit quirky...
First I gather all my veggies, mushroom, peppers, onions, garlic and asparagus. The peppers must be cut into strips rather than chop. You can use green,red, yellow whatever you like..add your favorite veggies too if you like.
To prepare sauce combine and set aside
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp chili oil
Remember you can always put your own spin on any meal. Add or substitute ingredients to make it your own.
Get your skillet, add a bit of oil and brown your steak until the pink is gone.. Then add your combined ingredients and cook to desired liking...
I am on a low carb diet so I had lettuce as my side dish
