Ate a slightly heavy dinner last night.
I made grilled mushrooms and fishballs in a butter, garlic and honey sauce.
This was inspired by my favorite Taiwanese snack, Tian bu la (). It`s basically fried fish cakes in a spicy sweet sauce.
It was really good, though a bit fattening, around 240 calories. But the fat helped my stomach a bit, especially to prevent the acid from burning my stomach lining.
What do you guys think of my dinner?
