I absolutely love Korean food and I eat it really frequently! This dish is called
sundubu jigae . When translated, it means tofu stew I think. This stew is so flavorful and slightly spicy. There is soft tofu, vegetables, and pork in the stew. It`s cooked and served in the same bowl so that it is boiling when the stew is served to you. After it arrives at your table, you are suppose to crack a raw egg into it. The boiling temperatures will cook the egg :) The stew comes with many free side dishes and rice. I usually get served white rice, but at the particular restaurant they served purple rice! There are some beans inside and it`s really yummy! I was so full from this meal.. and it only costs $8 :) Thoughts?
