<div style="color:#000; background-color:fff; font-family:Courier New, courier, monaco, monospace, sans-serif;font-size:12pt"><div style="RIGHT: auto">This is what I had for dinner mid-week last week.&nbsp; Homemade steak and cheese subs!&nbsp; My local grocery store sells shaved steak so I buy it every once in a while (typically when it goes on sale) and make homemade steak sandwiches at home.&nbsp; It`s a lot leaner, a lot healthier and a lot cheaper to make it at home, plus you can add whatever you want to it.&nbsp; This time around I added in onions and mushrooms and let it cook together.&nbsp; My boyfriend isn`t a fan of mushrooms, but he doesn`t mind picking them out in this because the taste of the mushrooms isn`t evident in the dish.&nbsp; To serve we ate them on soft sub rolls.&nbsp; I added a piece of fat free american cheese to the base of my bread, my meat mixture, spicy mustard, reduced sugar ketchup and to top
it off I added hot banana pepper rings to it.&nbsp; Quite delicious!</div>
