Dinner: Homemade Meatball Subs on Garlic Bread

As mentioned in this post (SEE HERE: http://www.luuux.com/food/dinner-homemade-meatballs-sauce-fettuccine) I made some homemade meatballs and sauce. Even after everyone had eaten I still had a fair amount of meatballs and sauce leftover, so I put it in the fridge figuring my boyfriend and I would end up finishing it for lunch and dinner. Instead of having the meatballs with pasta again (because that can get boring let alone its a very heavy meal) I decided to make meatball subs for dinner! To make it interesting, I made garlic bread to serve it on. I took the sub roll, cut it in half, spritzed it with spray butter and put some garlic powder and oregano on the bread and toasted it until crispy, yet still soft. I then added on the meatballs and a good helping of sauce. So yummy! The garlicy buttery taste was a great compliment to the meatballs.
