This was a super quick & easy meal that my boyfriend and I had last week all made from the comfort of our kitchen! I had made some burger patties that I grilled up indoors (it was rainy so no grilling out doors for me). To season the meat I used McCormick`s Hamburger Seasoning on one side, which is just the greatest invention ever for burgers. My uncle introduced me to the season a few years ago and I have been buying it since. Since we had sub rolls in the house, I sliced up some onion, lettuce and tomato, layered that onto the bread, put some ketchup, mustard and a few jarred jalapeno`s. Sooo delicious! It gave me the illusion of going to my local pizzeria that sells small hamburger subs with a side of fries. Mine of course is a lot healthier and filling, but who`s counting (haha). Then as a side I had some quick and easy spicy curly fries that I baked to perfection in the oven. While the fries were cooking I boiled up some fresh corn on the cob. I love corn this time of the year, it`s so tender and sweet. Part of the reason I love spring and summer!
