This was dinner from Tuesday and it was one of those nights where I had leftovers. After all the food we had from memorial weekend there was no need to cook. I ended up having some brown rice with some left over salmon. I heated up the salmon in a sauté pan and just seared it to make the outside part a little crispy. I then also had some corn which I also heated up in a sauté pan with just some salt and pepper and a tan of butter.
