Made dinner for the fan tonight. I decided to make some skinny veggie lasagna, basil lettuce wraps, and tomato/mozzarella sandwiches.. things lol. I used fat free ricotta for the lasagna with green and yellow squash, eggplant, and spinach.. and flounder and rice with a bunch of spices for the lettuce wraps. Yummy :) And it only took me 1.5hrs.. the last time I made dinner for the family, it took me like.. 3hrs haha ;)
