Today I was a bit lazy to cook dinner so I just had a bit of soup. This is a recipe from Campbell`s Kitchen. It`s a twist on the classic tomato soup. I`ll include the link to the original recipe down below in the source.
<strong>Ingredients for Creamy Southwest Tomato Soup:</strong>
<dd>- Campbell`s Condensed Tomato Soup
- Pace Chunky Salsa</dd>
For the salsa I used a mixture of medium and mild because I didn`t have enough of the medium so I added the mild salsa. It gives a nice spicy kick to the tomato soup. I also sprinkled a bit of cheddar cheese on top and a little bit of French`s French Fried Onions. I ate my soup with a slice of garlic bread. This soup is a good base; you can easily add more ingredients to it. You can add some chicken and maybe a few pieces of tortilla chips. Then you have a quick version of chicken tortilla soup.
