I have been posting a bunch of hauls from my Buffalo shopping trip.
It was a nice but long day of shopping, and by the end, we were hungry and tired! So we decided to have a meal at TheCheesecakeFactory!
I love the Cheesecake factory, since we don`t have one in Toronto, so I try to go whenever I`m in the US.
My friend initially wanted to go to PF chang`s, but we have one in Toronto, so I convinced her to go to the Cheesecake Factory. She had dismissed it as just a dessert place, but I don`t even eat dessert since I cut out processed sugar since this past summer. Instead, she discovered what an intensive menu they have!
I knew I was going to start off with my favourite appetizer, the Tuna tartare with avocado, but I was debating between a few dishes for my entre.
I finally ended up choosing the sautéed shrimp with angel hair pasta. It`s similar to the shrimp scampi, but it a tomato based sauce instead of a cream sauce.
It was delicious! It had been such a long time since I had eaten pasta, and it was super delicious! I loved the `rustic` marinara it was served with since it offered an interesting texture to the dish.
I`ve never had a bad meal, and I know lots of my fellow Torontonians would really appreciate if Cheesecake Factory set up shop up north!
