The other day my poor husband got sick, so I decided to cook some home meals for him. I cooked short ribs and chicken with broccoli. I wanted to cooked instead of doing take out. Sometimes doing a lot of take outs can make you sick, with all that greasy food you can intake, I personally am not fond of eating outside food. I like to good things that are healthy at home and it`s much more refreshing than eating out. It was pretty simple to cook and under 60 mins you have a great two dish side by side. I let my short ribs to steam for about 45 mins and cooking the chicken and broccoli takes only about 15 mins prepping time.
