This is a very typical dinner that I love to fix whenever I have less than half an hour to cook =) I first blanched the egg noodles in a pot of boiling of water and when it is done al dente and then I`ll season the noodles with soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper before topping it with vegetarian bbq pork. Since my husband loves eggs, I fry it with some preserved radish which is super easy and tasty! I then stir fry some kailan with oyster sauce, which is a typical vegetable that you can find in any Asian stores. TADAHHH here`s a plate of quick-fix meal that is really easy to make and super delicious!
