After the heavy ramen, I couldn`t really eat much for dinner.
This weekend has been mad hectic. From Friday to now, I swear I`ve only had about 10 hours of sleep in total.
So when I got home, I was extremely tired and didn`t really want to cook. But I knew I needed to eat.
Instead, what I did was boil rice in a rice cooker and added frozen vegetables into the mix. While it was being cooked, I could focus on getting some work organized for tomorrow.
I also added in some rice vinegar and seaweed seasoning with sesame to boost the flavor without adding salt.
What do you think of my simple dinner?
