Since my boyfriend and I ate a huge McDonald`s lunch around 2 pm today, I did not have any stomach for dinner.
To be honest, I am used to eating 6-8 small meals a day until I was told 2 months ago that it aggravated my gastritis. The doctor said I produced too much stomach acid and it kept causing inflammation in my stomach.
So now, I`ve been trying to eat bigger and less meals and it hasn`t been working out very well because I still get cramps when I eat more than 3 cups of solid food.
Tonight`s dinner was only 2 cups of watermelon and some Papaya soup. Not the healthiest choice as there`s so little food and watermelon doesn`t have any nutrients save for Vitamin C and fibre.
At least I`m getting enough calories from the McDonald`s meal. I`ve lost 5 lbs since last month! That`s not good as my BMI is dipping lower than 16.
