I took this 60 day challenge and it was the hardest workout I have ever done. I didn`t think it would be as bad because I already workout. Man, was I in for a surprise. The fitness test made me realize that I was no where near Shuan T`s level.
The first week was hardest. I don`t know how many time I wanted to quit, but I kept at it. By weeks two and three I was able to get through the workouts without stopping. I really begin to understand the meaning of dig deeper. That`s exactly what I had to do in month 2.
Month two is more intense. The workouts are about 20 minutes longer and harder. I really had to push myself, but by the end of my journey, I saw amazing results. My abs are on point and I don`t regret one minute of the sweat and time I put into this workout. You get out of it what you put into it. I can promise you one thing, after this workout, all others are a piece of cake!!
I give this workout a 10 out of 10. Even though I have completed it, I still put in the dvd three times a week.
Lastly, don`t try this workout if you are a beginner. You will need to work up to this level.
