Hi guys! So, I am going to my home land this summer, and I want to look fit :P, and this year I have been dieting...unsuccessfully. Life and school has been very hectic, but I guess I am making excuses :( haha.
I am resorting to writing everything down that I eat throughout the day, I want to be more conscious and aware of what I am eating. At my age my mother was a beautiful toothpick...sadly, I didn`t get that gene. :(
Things I want to do more:
Run (I love running so that isn`t a problem)
Put the ice cream down. :(
