Diet Plan as of 04.26.2012

I feel that unless I write it down somewhere I will disregard it entirely. I decided that I was going to make my own version of the Yoplait diet plan. Essentially, I will be eating yogurt for breakfast and lunch, and for dinner, I will be eating whatever my mother makes me. I will also be doing the 100 workout everyday, twice every other day. In order to make sure I complete my diet plan. I will be going to use the Don`t Break the Chain chart. I feel like the first three weeks of any diet or lifestyle change is the hardest. It is so hard to make a habit but I only takes one second to break that habit. I have to have the mindset that I want to live a healthy life and be thin. I want to be able to be confident in my own body. I hope to be able to start this on Monday or 04.30.2012. I can tell you right now I am the laziest being on this earth. I wish myself the best of luck.
