Here`s my diet for the day...

1. Breakfast

- Mini wheats
- Milk
- Fruit salad

2. Lunch

- Lean Cuisine meal
- Water with Lemon slice

3. Dinner
- Ribeye steak
- Orange Juice
- Rice

OKay, I know I cheated a bit, but who doesn`t? It`s a friday and I felt like cheaiting a bit! :P
