Here`s my diet for the day...
- Honey Nut Cheerios (banana nut flavour)
- Skim Milk (1 serving)
- Strawberry-banana smoothie (homemade)
- Handful of almonds and semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Leftover whole-wheat spaghetti
- Leftover meatballs
- Leftover home-made tomatoe sauce
- Water (bottled) with "Mio" water enhancement (no calories)
4. On the Go:
- A banana (FACT: Did you know that two bananas alone can get you through a 90 minute INTENSE workout?)
- Chick-pea stew (really easy to make but really good too!
- Water (with lemon slice)
- Yogurt bar (110 calories)
