So Im not so good at taking pics of everything I eat I forgot a few.
I was really low on my calories today not on purpose! This is not a healthy amount for a person to live off daily Im aware of that I try to stay in the 1200-1600 calorie range
Chicken and Cheddar Sub Lunchable
2 Cups Garden Salad
3 Table Spoons Hartvile Ranch
1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar
2oz Deli Thin Chicken Chopped
7 Medium Strawberries
Smartones Turtle Sundae
