Here`s my diet for the day...
- Honey Bunches of Oats (almond flavour)
- Pita wrap (1)
- Ice Tea (diet)
- Chicken Kabob (with veggies)
- Plain rice
- Coke (zero)
Frozen yogurt (one bowl)
I also worked out for 45 minutes (I ran on my treadmill downstairs), so I burned some calories.
